Renard Alotta

Renard and his wife recently relocated from Boise, Idaho where he spent the last four years as a top producer selling semi-custom new homes for a national home builder. Prior to that he lived in Bend, Oregon, and Indianapolis, Indiana. The excitement and joy and challenges of personal real estate deals undergirds Renard’s passion for the industry -- he’s designed and built 5 custom homes, owned and operated 3 vacation rentals, and improved 6 homes and land parcels. That’s a lot of moving and a lot of learning by doing. Those experiences help him better understand the needs, desires and emotions of clients as they journey through their own life transitions. Prior to full-time real estate, Renard progressed through a variety of other professional occupations that are foundational to his ability to meet people where they are and help them accomplish what their heart desires. This includes experience as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Education and Training Manager, and Organizational Development Consultant.
